Default Cap motivation in bowl games?

I say yes. Like Boise St playing a flat Okla last year. I like looking for 2nd tier teams playing a big name in a game where the big name is dissapointed to be there.

Thats something I've always looked at John. Another thing I also like to factor into my selections is the loss of a teams head coach.

I'm still not sure if I'm going to play tonights game or not yet 24/7. I was liking Navy before Paul Johnson announced he's leaving to coach Georgia Tech a while back.
