Someone asked why Jay had been so quiet lately. Well he quit and now the question is did he abandon a sinking ship? UPDATE: OK now that great source tow/RPM who reported Jay was gone is now along with AK saying he is back. How exactly do you report jay has quit if he has not quit?

I'm still around and I'm still in Betonstars.
I have to admit that we have a huge problem in this company. Some of the employees have no idea what customer satisfaction is. They are great in other aspects but when it comes to talking to a customer they don't have that magic touch and don't really know how to explain themselves.
I have to agree with TOW's decision to take our banner down, mainly after what happened with one of the other rookie books.
I have talked to Roberto and we set everything clear. Everything will be solved ASAP and our banner will be back up soon.

jay88 - this entire mess seems to have originated from TOW and is going from bad to worse. Now TOW has posted that you ARE the GM of BoS. First they say you've left the company which turned out to be BS. Now they're saying you're the GM. I think the quality control department of TOW needs a little training.

Although they are obviously a pretty poor source we figure since you pay them to advertise that they could accurately report if you still work there or not. TOW I respect the fact that you took BOS banner down this morning. It shows to everybody that no matter how much money I pay you to advertise you worry about the players before your advertisers, which I admire.
Stop fvcking fighting with SBR and think about the players that have been scammed by other sportsbook. I receive emails on a daily basis from people from other sportsbooks asking for bailouts. This means that there are many shops out there that are really going under and nobody talks about them. I haven't left betonstars. The only changes in the management are in the ITs department.

The so called "poor business decision" was a payout declined to a player after he has been constantly taking money out (and receiving it promptly) for the last 20 days. The customer service manager wanted to check his account before sending him the remaining balance. The player unhappy he received money every 3 days for the last 20 days went and cried to Roberto.
Roberto decided to take our banner down since he couldn't get in touch with me and he couldn't understand what was going on. (After RCS I don't blame him and totally understand his decision, like they say here in CR "mejor prevenir que lamentar").
Finally Roberto managed to get in touch with me and everything was explained and cleared.

We are waiting for the player to get in touch with us to send him his money and close this entire mess. We have been calling the player all day long but he is not home hopefully he'll call us soon and we will be able to put an end to this entire mess.

I have a huge sleeping problem. Actually the problem is for me to wake up! LOL!
Roberto didn't ask me to take the banner down... He just took it down. I found out when I woke up and Roberto called me.
I can only say that if I was in Roberto position I would have done the same thing and I have to praise him for what he did. He prooved that he cares more about players than advertisers which I respect. I know that my banner is going to be up again as soon as we can get a hold of the customer and end with this mess.
