I believe sportsbook.com + sportsbetting.com to be the same people?

I to have been knocked - cheque dated July 29th - Sent back from my bank (I am in the UK) on the 28th September.

Is someone here made withdrawal request from sportsbetting.com late November, early December and recived the check already?
I am asking because I am waiting 10 days now and so far I got nothing.

Its been 3 weeks for me now. I think they are having financial trouble again.

I made a request for $1600 on December 10th, got my money directly to my bank account on December 15th. 2 withdrawals in the last month, two quick transactions.

They used to do it inside one week, now 3 weeks waiting is a big difference. What customer service says?

Good. At least wire transfer works. I can not use wire transfer because of losing too much money in the process. How much out of 1600 requested you actually recived?

I received all of it, they give 2 free transfers a month.

Their free transfers a month not exactly free. If transfers where free do you think I would mess with check?
How much you actually recived $1550 right?

So if I understand you right. You requested 1600 and you recived 1600 and no any bank fee was charged.(not from your bank not from theirs) because when I did once transfer my bank charge no fees but I recived less money and when I ask why, sportsbetting said that bank fee was charged (probably on their end). So if they fix it now and you really recived all 1600 and lost nothing on any bank fee, then I want to know.

I just talked to them and they said any fees charged were on MY BANKS end, not theirs. They confirmed they allow 2 free bank transfers a month but got no control over what YOUR bank charges. I checked and I was charged $40 but they said it was from my bank. I still like this option over a paper check.

Thanks for answer The Orangekat. This is the same that they told me when I did withdrawal by wire transfer.

I just cashed my last $1000 out of there and will look for a book where I can get paid by person-to-person transfer. I know there are a few out there like that. I know that means I will have to pick up the fees but I like the idea of getting my money the next day.

Requested a payout of $1700 on Nov. 28th.......it is now Dec. 19th and no money. I have been using this site for years with no payout problems, hope they are not going south.

Thanks for update. Wow, 22 days of waiting and nothing. It used to be only 6 sometimes even only 5 days.

Payouts were fast the last couple months. But now there's a new note on their cashier page saying no payouts from the 19th of December until the 5th of January due to banking holidays. They are still taking w/d requests but they are going to be processed in the order they are received starting Jan 5th. Im not sure what to think about this. I have mid 5 figures I need to get out of there. Also, now you can only do one $2500 max check withdraw a day. Another sign that makes me worry about their current liquidity.

I received withdrawal today. I did request it on dec 6.
Sportsbetting.com is honest sportsbook, at least this is my personal experience for being with them for more then 4 years.

Default sportsbetting.com unable to send check, wire transfer instead?

I realize this thread may be completely dormant, but thought i'd float this anyway... I received the below disconcerting message upon request of a check from sportsbetting.com. I have received checks from them in the past--2003 & 2006, i think. The below message made me worried, and I'm wondering if there is validity to their claim that they are unable to send checks to certain states or if this is simply a delay tactic and I'll never see the cash. If the money simply won't ever come, I'd rather know about it, feel dumb for a few days and give up the ghost rather than spend many hours with their customer service runaround. thanks for any feedback or tips.

    Dear XXX,
We would like to inform you that the withdrawal requested for $X on Fri Feb 6 2009 12:15 AM has been reversed back to your betting account as we have stopped processing our checks to Washington State due to some security reasons.

I request you to place a wire withdrawal from your end and we make sure to process your withdrawal at the earliest.
Thank you for all your patience and understanding.
Please feel free to contact us further queries.
    Regards,
    Gary Vincent

totalnovice, sorry to hear about the frustration with this book. They are part of a rather notorious group. I'd give the wire a try, though I suspect there will be some excuse with that as well, and if/when it doesn't go through to fill out the sportsbook complaint form (http://www.sportsbookreview.com/Spor...Complaint.aspx) and let it go through our dispute specialists to see what they can do.

Sportsbetting has pursued these matters with their former banking department. Players also complain that the book has not replied to emails, has not had a phone number since November, and LiveChat is often backed up with as many as 20 users in the queue. Two players have recently submitted payment requests under the new system and have offered to allow SBR to monitor the withdrawal process.

sportsbook.com and logans are the same outfit. I would not use either book. I hit sportsbook for 2 K when the Celtics won the championship two years ago and they emailed me saying they sent payment. It never arrived and they then emailed me telling me to check with my bank. That embroiled me and I charged back about 8K much to my satisfaction! Logans mimics all sportsbook lines and they have two "alleged" writers at C***** who call themselves linemakers when they are a sportsbook mirror site! nuff said.

Interesting....how did you get more than 500.00 down on that game (that was their limit per user at the time)
