First post. I filed a complaint on a sportsbetting w/d request made March 1st, processed March 7th. Used them years ago, worked fine. However now, still waiting, one month later. I learned my lesson. I'll keep you posted on when/if i receive. Best of luck to others...

Sportsbetting as you know is having some massive processing problems these days, however they are currently starting to slowly get caught up. So hopefully your payout will arrive soon enough.

I recieved both of my checks via certified us mail a couple days ago. I told myself i wouldn't use them again however... I did.. and now I requested 2 2,500 checks yesterday... let's see how long it takes for them to get here!

I filled out a complaint form on this website about a week ago (3/13). I haven't heard anything. What is the normal turn-around time for these complaints?

My payout check from sportsbetting.com bounced about a month ago and I have sent about 10 emails and had about 10 live chats with them. On each one I get the same "please be patient and we will fix this as soon as possible". At one point I asked the live-help person if his responses were straight out of the sportsbetting.com handbook (b/c I recieve the exact same responses no matter who I am talking to) and he said yes.

Just curious if there is a time-frame I should be looking at. Thanks.

Just as an update...still on "high priority" for a refund of the bounced check they sent me. Don't worry though b/c I "should be assured that they are taking it very seriously and should be resolved in the near future". HA! This is the exact same stuff I have been hearing for 2 MONTHS since my check bounced. This people are pathetic.

Hello, I am new to this site but am lookin for some advice from any current sportsbetting.com users. I have been using this book for a while now but only have ever made 2 withdrawals..both checks being sent and everything good. I have been reading reviews of this book and have seen mostly bad ratings and people complaining about bounced checks recently from this site. I am wondering if anyone has recently made withdrawals from sportsbetting and if so have you had any problems? From what I am reading I am considering withdrawing my balance and switching books but I am a little worried now after reading many complaint posts that there is a problem with sportsbetting bouncing checks and/or slow payments. Anyones input would be helpful

They have been catching up lately on getting their processing issues straightened out, so now would be a good time to withdraw your funds if you want too.

I just received a check from them on Saturday 4/12 from a request I made on Friday 4/4. I have had 4 four checks ffrom them in the last months with no problems. This site seems to go through some problems every so often but then they comes back ok. They have always paid me so if you are worried about getting your money don't. Just hope that you withdrawal fom them when they have no processing problems.

I withdrew 2 checks @ the start of March and it took a month. Recently I withdrew April 1st, 6th, and 7th. Havent recieved anything yet. I've used them the past 2 years and have had no issues. Fastest check was 5 business days, longest 1 month. Average 2 weeks.

I requested my balance on the 3rd April and i received 2 out of the 3 checks today (15th April). The checks was dated 4th April. I received them through regular mail which i prefer because they do a maximum of $7500 a check instead of $2500 a check via UPS and can also be delivered in one go instead of one $2500 everyday.

Today i received from Sportsbetting 2 different Cheks of 2500 $ and 2460$ ( 40 $ Fee ) ...

I request this money close to 15 days ago...

In past months i requested some other cheks from them and till now they are always arrived in a time between 15 days and 25 days from my request...

Actually they cut me my limet to 20 $ for each kind of bet and so i must withdraw in next months all my balance..
The reason they cut so much my limits i thinnk it's because i bet only with them on soccer...

Apparently this is happening to a lot of people. Mine got cut a few days ago also.

Why they would cut my limits is beyond me. First off, I'm an underdog bettor and as result I'm almost always on the same sides of games as the house. Why wouldn't they want my action as insurance on their side of the fence? Makes no sense. I'm not betting thousands of dollars. I may be a winner but not enough to force a line movement unless they really respect my opinion.

I just hope I get paid real soon.

Just thought I would mention that my payout check from sportsbetting.com bounced about 3-4 months ago and I am yet to receive a replacement even though I call or livechat multiple times per week. I filed a complaint with SBR on 3/13, but no word as of yet. I HATE sportsbetting.com.

I also received a check today. This check was requested prior to them reducing my NBA limits. I'm curious to see what happens when I request the next one.

I'm real concerned about the way they're going to handle my account moving forward. I just don't like the idea that they're that unhappy about a few people making money. I mean they can't beat everyone. In the end they should always clear a profit so why they've limited a few of us is a big ??

My experiences with these books has never been better. I just got another check from win4real.com (which has some affiliation with sportsbetting somehow). I'm getting them about a week after requested. I reported maybe two weeks ago getting two and I have to assume they cleared.

So they do seem to be paying, which should be great news for anyone still waiting.

Had check delivered by DHL courier today two weeks to the day I asked for it. Hopefully it WON'T bounce !!!

Ya know it is stressful enough trying to pick winners but this waiting to see if and when you will be paid and then wondering if the check clears just is not cutting it and I say this in reference to all the books seem to be guilty of it, yes some more than others. Anyway Good Luck All !!!

Requested the check on 4/6 and was processed on 4/13, nothing yet. Tried to do a live chat a few times to see if I could get a tracking number but they said they only do that when the check has been lost, wtf?

That's what happen to me... I had a 2,500 withdrawal on April 6th, they told me it was "processed on April 13th". I've yet to get it yet.

However, April 7th I withdrew 450ish and recieved it last week..

I also withdrew another 2,000 two days ago..

Maybe the "processor" who got our info and amounts are taking a long time. Because we both processed on the 6th and both was told it was processed on the 13th..

At times it takes weeks and sometimes in excess of a month but in the end I always get the check. However, they cut my limits to $20 and I'm done with them. I'm glad that's a decision they forced me into making. I won't miss this company one bit.

What do you mean they cut your limits to $20??? $20 limit for what?

This usually means the book cut his limits to only $20.00 per bet aka to collar someone. Whatever he was doing, winning, steam, or something they didn't like, they cut his limits in hopes he would move on to another book. This still allows his account to be open for withdrawals and the like, but they are seriously telling him they do not want his action.

I'm still waiting for my April 6th check and I've never been more worried. One day they tell me it will be here tomorrow, the next the same. One day they say they will request a tracking number; the next day the same. So obviously they don't keep track of the tracking number "requests" since they say the same thing everyday.

The longest withdrawal I've had for Sportsbetting.com was a month I believe, but I'm not liking this. This is taking too long and I'm getting the run around; "it will be there today or tomorrow". When I asked if they are having processing issues they say no but I'm lead to believe otherwise.


If anyone has requested a check from them recently and recieved it please let me know. I'd feel a bit better knowing someone is getting money, maybe I will get mine too.

SBR is now working closely with Sportsbetting.com management to try to resolve some of these payout issues.. I have followed up with most of the complaints that we have. I got one toward the end of April on a 4/08 request. Sportbetting.com appears to really have gone downhill since separating from sportsbook.com. You'll get your money eventually.
