I know that the refs are announced in the morning this year. Does anyone know exactly when this happens and where it is available for consumption?

Great question. I know Don Best releases them ten minutes before tip-off, but as you probably know the NBA decided to release this info so that Tim Donaghy types couldn't continue to profit by it.

But where do they release it? I haven't seen it either.
