Default Nice 50% sign-up bonus at Sportbet

Recently upgraded to a B-, Sportbet continues their efforts to bring in the new business with this deal. I was looking at the sportsbook yesterday and there were some nice opeinionated lines on MLB. I haven't played there for at least a couple years but I think I'm going to get back in.

Anyway here are some details on the signup deal:

    For initial deposits:

50% Cash on your first ***************, Central Coin, SP or Cash Transfers deposit.*Restrictions apply.(Max ***************, Central Coin, SP or Cash Transfers deposit is $300. Direct E-Checks $300 max, Nexum deposits $250 max. Bonus good for the first ***************, Central Coin, SP or Cash Transfers deposit ONLY).

ALL FIRST TIME DEPOSITS VIA NETELLER will get 50% CASH bonus * Restrictions Apply. Max dep. of $300.

15% Cash for all initial deposits using Direct Transfer.

I have to say, there is a pretty long list of bonus conditions though. There's nothing there that bothers me but it's worth a look. Maybe I should just copy:

50% initial deposit. When playing in the sportsbook clients will be required to wager 7 times, when playing in the casino and/or sportsbook clients will be required to wager 20 times their initial deposit + bonus + fees BEFORE requesting a payout.

Clients must leave their deposit + bonus + fees amount in their account for 30 days from the date of their first play, and the account must remain active during that time frame. Roulette, Baccarat and Craps do not apply.

Failure to complete the rollover or 30 day hold will result in the forfeiture of the bonus, as well as any winnings won from the bonus in question.

Wagers made in conjuction with our current promotions (-105 Tuesdays, Free ½ pt Thursdays, Best Bet Bonus, etc...) do NOT count towards the rollover for the bonus requirements.

Wagers placed on non-baseball moneylines will NOT count towards the client's rollover.

When calculating the rollover, all wagers placed on baseball moneylines (sides only) will be calculated by using the risk (when betting underdogs) and win (when betting favorites).
Wagers made on both sides of the same game will NOT count towards the rollover.

Wagers made in the Poker Room will NOT count towards the rollover required for bonuses.

Customers who are eligible for any kind of deposit bonus must claim or request their bonus by contacting us by phone (800-430-5896), Live Chat or by email (help@sportbet.com) during the first 15 days from the date of their deposit, unless otherwise authorized by a supervisor.

Actually Sportbet has been upgraded 4 times in the past year with the most recent raising them to B-. Would love to get some more feedback on them. The complaints have sure dried up!

That's what I thought but I checked the Ratings guide and saw C+ and thought maybe I was losing my mind.

You're right Mudcat. The matrix is not always perfect.

But they got their B- now.

and the account must remain active during that time frame.
This rule bothered us when the promo was offered last year. It gave management the ability to decide if a player was "active" enough to get their funds. Two upgrades ago Jake assured me that they wouldn't be enforcing this vague rule and were going to be more player friendly. Since then, they have done very well by their players. I am actually surprised to see the wording still included in the conditions.

It may just be an oversight. I do not expect anyone to lose their bonus because they took a week vacation but still met the proper roll-over and the 30 day hold .

WTF does active mean? For me being active means going to the gym 4 times a week and for my 300 pound neighbor active means getting out of bed at 10:45 for a MacDonalds breakfast before a noon time nap.

I can meet the roll-over but still not wager enough?? For 50% I'll make parlay wagers daily but I still want to know what active means.

    Well it's just a one-shot bonus for sign-ups with a $150 cap. Reloads are a more modest 10%.

I've been taking a closer look at the site and also talking to a contact and the feedback I'm getting is that the limits for MLB are $500 for sides (though the rules say 1K).

It's also a site where your log-in times out too fast (I'm on a personal ongoing mission to rid the industry of too-fast timeouts).

Some decent lines to be had at times.

So many bonuses, and so little money left to disperse to books.
