I have a friend who is applying to become a naturalized US citizen. There is a question on the application form that states as follows: "Have you ever gambled illegally or received income from illegal gambling?"

Is having an offshore betting account considered illegal gambling? Any immigration lawyers here?

I guess if he never used a US bank to fund his accounts .. theres no way they can do a research on it.
