I just gave their customer service a call and was told that the $200 cap is per deposit. So if you deposited $1000 and got a $200 bonus and lost it, you could deposit again by Sept. 12th and get another 20% bonus.

I got the $200 on my second deposit. On my first deposit, the $200 was added automatically. On my second deposit I had to call and explain that i had lost my original deposit. So I'm still a bit unclear as to where your balance has to be zero in order to get another bonus, or if in my case the issue was thta I made 2 deposits in the same day, but perhaps you can send 1k every day, and claim another bonus.

It would be nice if they would spell out who is entilted to the reup bonus.

Bonuses are always tricky and the books use tricky wording to fool players and it works a lot.

Yes, according to the rep I spoke to, you should be able to re-up an unlimited number of times up to Sept. 12 with a $200 bonus cap per deposit. Sounds like you just need to contact them and request the bonus after the first time.

I sent them an email asking for clarification. I could understand if the policy was like vip, where your balance has to be 0, in order to request a reload bonus. But if its just $200 max per deposit, but you cna make unlimited deposits, then all it means is that instead of sending 10k in one shot, you send them 10 deposits of 1k each. It doesn't make sense.

Sorry, I did a poor job of clarifying.

You can't just do a bunch of consecutive $1000 deposits and get a $200 bonus for each one. After collecting the $200 bonus, your account would either have to go to zero before you could collect another bonus, or else you could meet the 5X rollover requirement and do another deposit and be eligible for more bonus money (even if you already have funds in the account at that point).

Ok. So in theory, for every 6k in action you give them, you can deposit another 1k and request another $200 bonus.

That's how it was explained to me as well. I'll gladly accept a couple of bonuses from them ... I gave them a ton of action over the summer, without even a sniff of a bonus.

Lost $3k here so far with the re-load bonuses

Looking on the bright side I suppose I could say that I have received $600 of free action though.

I wish someone would clue-up customer support about this bonus. For both the 2nd & 3rd re-load I have been told 'sorry sir you don't qualify as you have already received the bonus once'

I then have to explain their own offer to them & the bonus is then added straightaway.

Great book though, just wish I could win for a change
