    I just did my first withdrawal with them via **, how long does this usually take?

    Even though I feel that their rules on this particular subject is absolutely insane and unacceptable. The processing time on [ISBRFORUM]**[/ISBRFORUM] withdraws at Bookmaker are roughly anywhere from 7-10 business days.

    You could substitute "**" with "customer service email responses" and it would be the same answer.

    I've emailed them a few times over the last week with questions I'd like answered BEFORE I open an account with them.
    They have not responded to me yet, and its been 5 days since I sent the last one. I guess they have enough customers already.
