No. Not the last time I checked.
When you question the integrity of the officials, you're going to get fined 100% of the time. And this is pretty much across the board in all the sports, pro and college. There are proper channels for teams to raise questions with the league concerning questionable calls during a game. Running off at the mouth to the media how the NFL wants the Patriots to win is not one of them!
Of course they can have an opinion, but unless they want to get fined, they should keep their opinions to themselves.
