I see the totals usually move on about half the games though the day. Ususally the line on totals stops moving somewhere around 3 or 4 pm.
When I go to Covers.com and see how the lines move it is usually in one direction. However, it seems like just after I bet the line will move in the other direction.

What is the best time to wager in order to get the best total?

Example....

New Jersey @ cleveland yesterday...
8am line was 188.5
at game time the line was 180.5

In order to get a good price on the under for 188.5, do u have to watch the lines all day?
