Default Anyone else having a horrible NFL season?

This season has been horrific for me. Turnovers, bad plays, bad teasers and a lot of bad luck have contributed to the worst NFL season I've ever had.

Who else is struggling bad?

And to the losers like me, what have we learned? Anything?

Been .500 most of the year. Maybe up or down a few games I don't really keep track. Good weeks, followed by bad weeks and the cycle repeats itself for me.

I guess this only verifies the NFL lines are just too sharp and you really have to pick your spots.

bipolar year. i am doing better on crap like two team teasers than regular games as of late, which is very frustrating from a competitive standpoint. oh well, will take the W's any way possible.

here's to a more productive holiday season for us all.

Depending on Turner is risky there imgv, that coach is as bad as they get.

Would I turn back the clock one year, to the day when I had my highest bankroll, to the day when I had only winning years, and before this stubborn losing streak?

No.

What I learned this past year, while not about sport betting itself, has been worth the price of admission many times over.

That said, the only reason the tv is still in one piece is that there's no baseball bat in the same room.

The worst NFL season for me by far. I'm 2-10 on my straight plays. It seems that it is a combination of bad handicapping and bad luck. Oddly enough I'm 2-2 on parlays including a 3 team parlay that won and tonight if New England covers I'll be 3-2 on parlay picks. That 's the only thing keeping me in the game this year.

i actually am pretty well ahead this football season, although most of it is on college. a couple bounces one way or the other can make or break a season though of course.

imgv, don't let too much ride on any one game unless the line is WAY off or you have inside info. otherwise imho it's a recipe for disaster.

but judging by beat the prick standings, i would guess around 2/3rd of players are breakeven or down this year?

I guess people have too much pride to admit their having a bad season. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

We are all getting buried in some way or another. Every gambler thinks he's gods gifts to handicapping, much like sex everybody thinks they know what they're doing but most never score at all.

This is my favorite part of the year though. Bad money management nearly crippled me a couple of weeks ago, but I managed to dodge some bullets. Some habits never die bro.

Worst year betting on football i've ever had, but i must say my NCAA has been worse than my NFL I did mange to pick up $100.00 from the prick this week. Glad i found this site feel like ive learned alot from all of the great poster hear. I mainly play NCAA football as you can see by my picks on the contest this week. I've got to where I look forward each week to see who everone else is on that week. GL to everyone in bowl games & playoffs maybe I well make a small come back!!!!

Unbelievable great NFL season for me for one reason only, because I'm using someone elses picks. If I was using mine it would be bad.

Have spent the whole year making a nice little profit on Saturday and giving it back on Sunday. Early in the year, Chargers, taking the big points against NE, Denver. Lately, Giants, betting against Seattle on the road and watching QBs fumble on the 1-yard line, throwing picks on SEA's 10-yard line, etc.

A rough NFL year so far.

I have lost every week!

This week, I had STL under 41, STL is trying to run out the clock with under 1.30 minutes left and the Rams RB runs for 50+ yards and scores a TD! I lost my under for 2nd half too on that play!

Its alright, all okay!
What can do? I cant go to the game with a gun and kill these overpaid motherfukkers, you just have to accept it and move on!
WAS/BUF, I had WAS on a teaser and you know what happened!

Every week this happens too me, I cant do anything about it!

Had the celtics -10.5 and won by only 10pts!
Lost maybe 6-7 games this weekend in NBA and NCAABB by half a point!

I am accustomed to this shit, it doesnt bother me anymore!

Last night I had steelers under 23 for first half and the bastards scored with less than 20 seconds left!

I am doing better, up one unit!
