I have no free ones to offer, but you can listen to Sirius internet radio for 3 days for free without signing up for anything. They have an NFL/Nascar channel. The NFL channel is very good.

all you do is do a google search for your fav City Sports

they are good baseball analysts and stuff, and good local football like the ny teams but it is painful to hear them try to breakdown other teams that they don't cover as much. they just come off too amateurish in that regard.

Dan Barreiro's show from 5-8 EST on KFAN 1130 in Minneapolis is smart and funny. It's not hardcore sports though.
