In general if you are handicapping which gives you a better long term winning percentage? Playing one or two games per day or 5 to 7. I know some beleive picking 5 to 10 games a day gives you a better shot. But I was wondering how the juice enters into it? .

Over the long term, It shouldn't matter as long as you have a good winning percentage. More picks means Your swings will be smaller.

It depends on the marginal advantage you're getting from betting 2 or 7 games. If you hit 60% on your first two of the day and hit 50% on the last five it's pretty obvious what your choice should be.

The more +EV bets you place the better.

What do you mean EV bets?

A +EV bet is one on which you have a positive expectation (i.e., a bet on which you expect to make money).

I've been known to play a little poker here and there.

It depends on what events are on that day. I mean if there is Grand Slam or ATP Masters Series (tennis), sometimes I pick 10+ bet a day.

Which is better? Here's a simple answer...if you're a winner, bet more....if you're a loser , bet less. If you're a "winner", you probably know it. If you're not sure, then you're probably not one.

d2bets said it best!
If you are a long term winner, you should bet any play you feel has a positive EV, be it 2 plays or 20 plays in a day. If you are not a winner or do this for fun, then the fewer plays the better unless you have a lot of money set aside for entertainment purposes.

As Ganch said, make as many +ev bets as possible.
However, if you are purely going for winning percentage you would want far fewer plays. |

Just bet the games that you feel that have value. If your just flipping coins and hitting the church, your gonna lose. Some days have several good plays, other days will be a fight to find one good wager. So don't go into a day saying I have to come up with 3 or 5 plays, let your handicapping dictate the number of plays you make.
