Overall are you up in soccer?

Made some with Barca today. I used to bet more soccer, but now only Champions League and the main tournaments (World Cup, European Cup, Copa America). I only look for power houses, like AC Milan or Barcelona, in profitable spots.

Probably bet no more than twenty soccer games per year, with a higher winning percentage than for other sports.

I often bet on soccer, always in LIVE, but I feel the lucky counts much more here than in my main sport, which is tennis. Example : I had over 2.5 at the weekend on Manchester City-Reading, the goal was scored at 93.15, the added time was only two minutes. I play 3way (then if my team has scored, I lay it back), and overs, always in LIVE.

Nasdaq is more into soccer than me. He went 5-2-1 for the CL today and posted his picks.

Soccer is fun to bet. If you are a square like me betting soccer go to goonersguide.com. They have a few write ups about the games and they make some picks.

I bet on soccer and is fun but you really have to follow the leagues you are betting into. It's like any other sport; if you don't watch any games to judge teams performance you won't be able to cap games efficiently and you will probably lose in the long run. I only bet on games if I can see the line-ups of the games before kickoff. It will tell you a lot on coache's gameplan and wether to play over/under or win/draw.

Soccer definitely presents some great opportunities. I've taken down my bets as I don't want to leave ticket #s and such on here for too long. GL today...

Same here, if your really into soccer ... you bet the games that mean the most to teams ... thats where you actually get a better outcome ... I bet LFP, UEFA, Champions, Euro Cup, Copa America and Concacaf ... might try next year US Soccer ... The bigger the tournament the better odds of winning ... reason I say this is that you will not get any newbies or B squad to play.

Got absolutely raped on one, but Celtic saved me on one too. Watching Liverpool score three goals in 15 minutes to blow my +1.5 wasn't the most fun either

I had another winner with AC Milan tie, but Nasdaq cleaned up with posted plays in the soccer forum. After going 5-2-1 yesterday, he followed that up with 5-0 in the CL (6-0 for the night).
