    Default sportsbetting.com

I've used sportsbetting.com for close to a year (all boxing) and in general, have been happy with them, no problems . Seemed to always have a B- grade from this site, but I was alarmed when I checked today and saw D+... I haven't seen any downgrades or reasons..... Anyone with any info or experiences (good or bad) with sportsbetting.com?

    Thanks
    Mark

They used to be part of the Real Entertainment group but were taken over by the Sportingbet group and so adopted a similar rating to other Sportingbet books.

I've never had a problem at Sportingbet but others have. If you're not happy then you can always withdraw and deposit at one of the higher rated books.

I'd be interested to hear more about any problems anyone has had with Sportsbetting.com.
I've played with Sportsbetting for over a year now pretty heavily. I'm up around 5K from them, yet they still credit me a 5% bonus every Thursday with a 2.2x rollover no matter how much I win and withdraw. Payment has always been next day, with no hassles. Their CC deposit system is excellent. The lines are frequently soft, especially during promos like -105 on all FB/BK on Fridays & -105 on NBA Mondays. Often they have free pick contests to win cash. I also really like the wide range of lines they offer, with lots of good props.
I don't like that they have maximum daily deposit limits with Neteller. I can understand having *************** or CC limits to reduce risk of default, but it makes no sense with Neteller since it's essentially cash. Customer service could be much better trained. I've often gotten several different answers to the same question.
In all, I've been very well served by Sportsbetting.com. Maybe I've just been fortunate, but from my experience they deserve a much better rating.

They're part of ther Sportingbet group as I said earlier. Many people play there without problems and consider it a very good group. However, when they rooster-up they tend to rooster-up big time so, if you continue to play there, cross your fingers that you don't ever hit a problem with them.

I guess it would be good advice then for anyone playing here to take advantage of their free withdrawals and never stockpile a balance. That's what I've done without incident.

I would tell any player who is in the win column with any World Gaming/Sportingbet Plc book (BetUSA and London-based sites excluded) to be extremely careful and keep balances low.

If a player becomes up overall, the book may confiscate all funds on hand claiming the player is abusing bonuses. The book will take any amount above what the player deposited. So, if you are up $3,000 for the life of the account including a balance of $10,000, you will receive $7,000 with your closed account. Theft of $3,000.

forgive me for not reading closer...most times while posting info. I am also watching games on my DVR (currently watching yesterday's Pitt vs. UCONN game...what a dandy)...

OK...have you been an overall winner would have been a better question...meaning that, books sometimes will pay players that get on hot streaks, but are players that they ultimately know lose in the long run...

I know nothing about your capping ability, so I could be completely wrong...I just have read a lot of questionable things about this book and am surprised you haven't had any payout problems...

I have bet with them one time, on the Rose Bowl, and won. I thought I would withdraw my winnings before betting any more to see if they actually pay out. The last sports book I used didn't pay out if you won so I never did online sports betting again till now. If this doesn't work out, I'm pretty much done.

Apparenlty none of them want to pay if you win.

Still haven't been paid from sportsbetting.com.

    Taves,
Dont worry, you will be paid. Sportsbetting is certainly not an A+ sportsbook but they are not thieves. They will pay you I promise. And if you need help write to Bill at Assistance@Sportsbookreview.com.

I've already talked to Josh a couple of weeks ago and he was very helpful. I just sent them requested docs so I expect it to be cleared pretty soon in time for a super bowl bet.

Oh wait, I wouldn't touch that game with a ten foot pole.

Default Still have not been paid by sportsbetting.com

About a month they requested a fax of the bank statement with the transaction and a copy of my DL and a photocopy of the card. I sent them that. Then the I tried to take out the funds and I got an email with a withdrawl reciept.

I waited nearly a month. Today I call them after being dumped twice on their online chat. The first guy told me I needed to resend the photocopy of the cards with higher resolution, I did that. I called them back to see if they got them. The second guy said, we don't need that. We need the copy of the bank statement with the transaction ( which I sent over a month ago ).

    I resent it.

It looks to me like I'm going to lose not only my winnings but my original stake.

If I may ask. What kind of money are we talking about here?

Not much. It was my first bet with them. $475.

I got an email this AM saying they were cutting a check and it would be mailed out via US mail on 2/28. When I get the check I'll confirm.
