If you live with your wife or girlfriend and dont trust them this is a good software to have!

I bought and installed it on my laptop and realized when I was not home my girlfriend went to all my folders(My Documents, My Pictures, My Videos,...), she even found a folder I keep my xxx videos in and the log showed she watched some of the videos!

So, now I know I should be more careful!
