A player wrote us, complaining that multiple winning bets disappeared from his account. The amount in dispute is about 100 Euros.

Paddy Power refuses to discuss the player's problem, or even "hypotheticals" that might be similar, but preserve their policy of confidentiality.

This is the first time I've ever had a solvent book stonewall me like this. There are clearly other issues - the player does not speak English well, and might have been ignored by the book due to his inability to clearly explain what happened. Regardless, Paddy Power's response to this dispute is less than satisfactory.

It's just not Paddy Power that is like that when it comes to confidentiality Justin. PartyBets is the same type of way when it comes to their privacy policy in regards to confiscation disputes.

There have been other cases of UK-facing enterprises who have done the same with SBR. Maybe it was Paddy Power, I can't recall.

Is it possible for someone to fathom out his claim, translate into half-decent English and get him to sent it to the book via email himself?

However, if you volunteer BGD for the task, I think it may make the situation worse.

I hate Paddypower like the shit (I asked to close my account), but I've never seen/heard about disappeared bets.

PartyBets will work with me a bit (using hypotheticals)... In fact, every book I've contacted will do that with the exception of Paddy Power.
