Here is the SBR Review on the main site: PartyBets
Here is a good thread in the Players Talk about them:

Partybets are part of the PartyGaming Plc family of books which includes GameBookers. The last time I checked, they only offer USD as account currency which was rather strange considering they don't take U.S. players anymore. The one problem that really sucked is that they will slash your limits to the ground if your found to be an advantaged type player.
My overall assessment of them would be to just pass on this book.

They have unfair tennis set betting rules. I believe they declare bets a loser on retirements, which is a push/lose situation.

I have a generally negative impression of PartyBets. I had a dispute with them, and they would not disclose any of the dispute details of the dispute in a confiscation complaint. There were enough other problems in the player's version that we were able to determine what happened using "hypotheticals"... But I'd prefer to see a higher level of cooperation when dealing with a balance confiscation.
