Using Excel for serious mathematics is a bit like using an Etch-a-Sketch for architectural drafting.

We use some advanced scripts written in Fortran but thinking of converting to a more user friendly system like excel or math modules written in Perl Scripts.

Nevermind, I'm too afraid to ask! On the "upside" perhaps we can look forward to a new Ganch calculator, a peter meter with 1/2 inch values and probabilites.
