Find someone on the forums to follow. There are much better cappers on the forums. Touts are just better salesman.

Never pay for a tout. I would try to do your own handicapping and look around for opinions and strategies regarding the games. SBR and other forums provide decent opinions regarding the games. Scan the other gambling forums for opinions and you will also see a tout or two's opinions posted there.

If you choose to use a tout, I honestly cannot say any of them are worth the value if you use these forums wisely. But you will have to take the time to look around.
