Does anyone have ANY good news to post about BetUS ? I have been getting the runaround about a payout for the past week now. I am wondering if they will come good on this, or if all is lost. I am just trying to get $2k, and it's like I am asking for $2MM. Has anyone received a payout from them recently ? I have searched through the posts, but haven't found any recent dealing with them. Also, I have filled out a complaint on them.

New to the forum. I think you provide a great service and am very appreciative. I have three withdrawals pending with BetUs right now.

1. $1400 waiting managers authorization 11/12/07
2. $1000 waiting supervisor authorization 11/11/07
3. $1000 waiting debit 11/03/07

I will keep you updated on my happenings with them. They seem to be good with customer service so Im hoping the withdrawal situation isnt going to be a problem. If so I will definitely fill out a complaint with you guys.

First off, Let me welcome you to the SBR forum PeymanK

Usually it takes roughly 10 days to process players request for payments. So I wouldn't be sweating it just yet, even despite their notorious history of slow pay complaints we have handled here at SBR.

Like you did mention above though. If you need our assistance on this problem, please fill out the complaint form and one of us will inquire to them on your behalf.

I hope you get your payouts, but with all the bad stories about BetUs, I would take your money and run from that site.

There are more stable and dependable books out there.......

I'd note that the top books tend to do payouts faster. BetUS has been very inconsistent in their payouts... Most are taking 2-3 weeks now from request to cash in hand.

So I havent received my money yet but Im not even close to 10 business days but I have to admit they are great via phone and answer emails promptly. Also if you like underdogs this is the site to go cuz some of their spreads are almost a point off others. I will keep you guys posted on my withdrawal but most of the issues seem related to about 6 months ago. If I get my first withdrawal within 10-13 business days I will definitely stick with them, no issues at all as of yet.

Raiders is probably right. Once the payout is in the works it's usually a matter of time.

Justin did a great job working through about 60 slow-pays 4 months back. Hopefully it won't come to that but we will inquire on players' behalf.

1st post here but wanted to share my experience with Betus.com I've had trying to cash out.

10/25 placed a cashout request for 3,000
Money was finally taken out of my account on 11/05,was told 7-10 business days I would receive my money.
Check arrived on 11/14,cleared the bank on 11/15.

Never knew about how they slowpay until I found this place and I guess I should consider myself lucky for even getting paid from some of the stuff they pulled.

Bottom line is yes I did get paid but it seemed like customer service had never talked to each other as everytime I called I got a different story.I have 1 more cashout that I should be getting in the next couple of days(hopefully).

My reason for the post was to let others know that some of us are getting paid and the slowpay tactic is what they do so keep calling and e-mailing them and eventually you will get your money.

Three weeks is not terribly unreasonable these days. But there is no excuse for leaving the money in the account for nearly 2 weeks. They are hoping you will start betting and thats just bush league. It also shows they didnt even start working on the payout until the 5th.

Update that I just got my tracking number for my 2nd payout and should get it by Monday.

If they would have been upfront with me when I first made the request I could have relaxed a little but they told me 7-10 business days from the time I made my request and then changed it to once the money was out of my account.

I'm happy I got my money to say the least but I will be using a more reliable book from now on.

BetUS is not a company where we want to do business with. They are a bunch of liars and fraud. Why do we need to wait for 3 weeks for a check when we can do moneygram or western union with company like "thegreek.com" or some other A rated books?

The key date is when the funds were taken out of your account.They told me once that happens it will then be 7-10 business days before you will get your payment.

Try to be patient and stay on them,you will get paid.

Give them a year and lets see where they are.

This is a book that probably correctly believes they are next on the DOJ hitlist. BetUS and BOS were partners in the early days. With the arrest of Kaplan one would have to assume the BetUS owners are next.

To their credit they have been stealth like moving from country to country. Has to be a nightmare to manage. We are not seeing blatant ripp offs there any more. Could be a solid C book if they can settle down. Considering how much they have moved they are doing a pretty good job.

Guys I am new here Betus has double charged my credit card for $5500 more than what I deposited. On top of that I am waiting for $15500 in payouts. Please check your credit card statements. Mine was billed under a company called LANCOREAUSTRALIA. Good Luck everyone and G-d help me!!!!

If it was me I would contact my CC company asap and charge back the duplicate deposit. The cc company will 1st ask the book to credit it back. I wouldnt take a chance on BetUS going down with that much cash deposited in there.

I have contacted my credit card company and made a dispute against the charges. What I did not mention before is that all the playing I have won was from playing blackjack in the casino section of the site. Will this make any diff in the matter?? Btw if anyone is looking for a great casino site I have had great history with Bodog for the past few months, the only reason I went to Betus was a stupid friend of mine told me to try it out.
I spoke to a Betus supervisor today and they said I should get one of my $5,000 payouts to hit my bank account by the Nov 23rd. I will keep you all posted with my progress. If I see I am not getting anywhere I will fill out your complaint form.

Update on my 2nd payout.
Received the check today and will deposit it tomorrow.

Moving on to a stable book from now on.3 weeks is an eternity waiting for your money to arrive and the different excuses as to why they haven't paid you yet.

GL to all that do use Betus,I will not be one of them any longer.

Also for the double charging,I had the same problem with them but I got it straight with my bank and it was cleared.My bank told me they used 2 transaction numbers which is why I got charged twice

Seemed shady then and even more now.

Guys, most ALL of you live in the USA. It is not BetUS that is creating the problems. It is your ****ing government, which makes it almost impossible to get money into the country. They always pay, it may take a a few extra days... if you gamble with the money before it is out of your account, who's ****ing fault is that? Show some restraint. If you deal with ONE account manager, things usually go pretty smoothly. BetUS has always treated me great.

BetUS has been like this even before the new law was implemented about 13 months ago. This book has been absolutely horrible for a number of years, and now that this new law is in a effect. It only makes them even worse for their players nowadays.

IMO, horrible company. Slowwww payouts on top of it. I had a dispute with them about 6 months back, got the run around for 4 days before I spoke to a manager, the manager was rude, cut me off 4 times, and then hung up on me. His name was Carl. Called back, no one above him was in. Called back the next day, no one above him was in. Emailed them a 2 page letter explaining the whole situation, got a confirmation they received it and it was opened. Never heard back. Got beat out of $300. Been playing with BetJam ever since, and couldn't be happier. Once I get my netspend permanent card, I'm told I'll be even happier. Deal with a real book boys, screw betus.
