hi, just registered. i have been trying to get a small payout from betus and getting the run around. they denied my last request due to "CC paperwork incomplete". So I call, they want a photocopy of both sides of my CC, a photocopy of my ID, and a signed contract stating, among other things that "I will honor all deposits made in my account and pay for them in full, whether purchases made by telephone or by internet."
That last part makes me think they can charge things on my card at will and just claim that I made the deposit over the phone. I really don't want to give them all this info. I don't see how they need this info to process a payout. Especially since I did not use a CC to deposit with them.
After reading some of the posts here, I think I may just want to withdraw everything and get out. What should I do?

The copy of your credit/DC, Id, and waiver form is becoming pretty standard nowadays. BetJam(A+ book), The Greek (A+ book), and MatchBook(A+ book), all require that info too. If I were you though, I'd send the info, just to get my payout, and close the acct. Most of the good books ask for the info FIRST. In my opinion, BetUs does it when you're about to cash out, just so they can stall on paying you, and you spend your winnings. Their horrible customer service, runarounds between 20 diff people, and all the other bs, doesn't make the situation any easier on top of it.

After reading some of the stories here, I really don't want BetUS having a copy of my CC. If I were to tell them I do not want to make anymore deposits and I just want to close my account, you think I would ever see my money?

So after reading this post more I noticed someone had a tracking number. I called BETUS and they gave me a tracking # but told me it's probably not in the DHL system yet. I asked why not, it was mailed 7 days ago.

She said, "Yeah but..." Same crap I got from MyBookie. If it was mailed 7 days ago the tracking number should work right? 7 days is a long time. I have recieved stuff from Europe in 4 or 5 days!!!!!!!!!

Here I go again! I wonder if BETUS has odds on when people will get their money from them? I'll put money on it that I wont get my cash in the 7 to 10 days the told me

Well I called back because I don't like bad answers. I did get further. The check has not been picked up by DHL yet but was paid 7 days ago. I was told it will be in the tracking system tomorrow. Bet US did tell me that everyone gets paid, there may be a delay at times but they do pay everyone.

Has anyone not been paid by BetUS?

To close this one out, I originally asked for my first withdrawl on November 5th. It stayed in "Waiting Manager Approval" until November 16th, which is when it went to "waiting debit". On November 23rd it went to paid and I received it yesterday. One month to get funds is a lot longer than I was use to, but at least they paid out.

Seen too many bad things about Betus here and at other forums. Best to take the money and move it elsewhere.

I would really appreicate some adivice and would even consider giving money to those who help, if I get paid!

Here is my situation,

I have 3K in my account and want a payout. Tommorow I will scan everything they need and request a *************** through the bank, although I used a CC and might be stuck with Currier check through mail. I spoke however to a shady man named "sid" who said there was another deposit from another **** card in my account, of which I have no clue who it was. I think they are using this to red flag my account, I have never heard of this guys name and he lives in another state from me. Any ideas on how I can get some money? I will even make another deposit to give them hope as long as I get close to 3K

This is the third time in like the last month that I've heard BetUS has screwed up something with their CC processing. The other two gentlemen were double charged, and now your posting this.

My suggestion would be to send the requested info that they are wanting, and just wait it out for now.

As far as the payment method they wish to use... Just accept whatever they offer, because getting these guys to pay their players is like pulling teeth. The last last update that Justin7 posted was that it's roughly taking anywhere from 2-3 weeks before a player receives his/her payment. If you ever feel you need some assistance in regards to a slow pay/no pay from this book. You can always fill out a complaint form and one of us will inquire on your behalf.

The problem is the shady offshores like this are actually in the USA but they have address & phone numbers & call centers in the Caribbean and central/south America. Your money has to bounce to 3 different places within the shady system, then bounce back to Costa Rica. THEN, they have to wait 5 days for the bicycle courier that comes once a week to the BETUS palm tree shack on the uninhabited side of the country down by the Panamanian border to arrive with bloody feet cause his bicycle broke down & he was barefooted for 3 miles. They have to nurse him back to health before he can make the 5 day journey back to San Jose. From there it has to go to Cuba and be taken to south Florida on a pickup truck floating atop 55 gallon pantoons...but wait! The US Coast Guard intercepts the truck boat and that where they find your ********** check and promptly deposit it in the nearest mailbox.

All you had to do was be patient!!!

I am a new memebr here and been with betus for 7 weeks I have won over 7 g pure profit but depositied over 3 to get there. I have received my first payout requested on the 9th so it took 13 days not bad from what I understand I still have 2 payouts and the money has been taken out of my account my experiance so far has been a good one the only problem I had was getting clear copies of my documets which I utimetley scanned in rather than faxed...other than that this book has been a solid B rating to me. I will keep all updated on my other 2 payouts to see if they drop the ball but so far I am happy with the service.
