Website says new customers can receive 7% rebate at Silver level and you can get up to 13% cash rebate at the Platinum level. I asked CS on live chat and they confirmed.
There's no way a racebook can pay a 13% rebate. There must a catch or an error somewhere. Anyone here bet horses with Wagerweb?
Define 'Platinum Level', lol.
If you have to have lost 50k+ on horses to reach the 'Platinum Level' perhaps they can safely give back 13%.
Hell of a deal though no doubt and they don't seem to have any financial issues. I believe your money is safe....Nail em!

Rebate based on weekly volume, not losses.
Mason, not sure how you make it to Platinum. You're probably correct though: through losing.
