Default SBR I Hate To Put You On The Spot, But How Could You Ever Back Lenny In the 1st Place

I know going back doesn't do any good to those who will never see their money from Cascade, but I do think it's important for future improvements. How could you not know from the beginning just how low and despicable Lenny was? Also, why would you wait six months to finally move Cascade into the "F" category that they belonged in all along? I also don't understand why links are posted on SBR to these slow and no pay books on the ratings guide.

My guess is that you wined and dined with him a time or two, and he just came off as somewhat likable. Perhaps some of this masked the kind of individual you were dealing with.

Also, why is BetOnline an instant A with a similar format and some shady characters behind them? I just don't think the proper appreciation is being shown to the work required to post lines at -105 with higher limits, and still maintain a sizable profit. I'm sorry for the bluntness of my question, but I do think it is a very important one to which a candid response would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance...

It's amazing how every forum was saying what a great guy Lenny was. I posted a thread on The Prescription about how Lenny stole 6 figures off of me and William just deleted it saying what a solid reputation Lenny had!

They are all crooks one way or another. Some steal from you and others do other illegal things. These books are not your choirboys. Doubt many would be able to get licensed in US if it ever became legal.

I probably shouldn't be saying anything because I only arrived after all this had gone down and SportsBooks rating at the time?

I have no idea why anyone would choose to play at a book that has less than a B rating. There are plenty of top-rated books offering a variety of very good bonuses and discount lines on almost every single play you'd want to make.

When a book owner has to choose between paying his customers and going broke or stiffing his customers and keeping the $$$ it becomes very clear which path will be taken.

There isn't an offshore book operator alive that will sacrifice himself for his players.

Personally I do have accounts at a couple of the bigger offshore books but try to stick to books that are regulated and licensed, ie Betfair, Canbet etc.

That's just it DW. As a whole you can't go wrong playing at the "A" books, specifically the A+ books. BetCascade was an A- rating on here until not that long ago...

Oh wow. Well, I'll shut up then, and certainly see some validity in questioning why SBR wasn't on to him sooner. I would personally doubt there was much they could know to prevent it, but it certainly doesn't hurt to go down that road.
