This has to have been one of the most interesting threads here at SBRforum.
I agreed with the skeptics, alot of things in this story / complaint didn't make sense or seemed suspicious. At first I thought it *MIGHT* have been a JJ ruse, but I don't think he's quite capable hitting a home run like that. You would think that if someone REALLY wanted to take a shot at BetEd that they would have put some more thought and effort into actually ripping them off, this scam was half-as.sed! Good reading though. ![]() |

I think the SGC masterminds underestimated just how many perverted losers post here. No need to pull out the pink or create the wholesome soccer mom image. I bet there would have still been guys siding up with 'her' and creating a shitstorm regardless.
Since they decided to be so obviously deceptive, the inconsistencies in the story started to seep through and the far fetched little story fell apart. But I guess they could not have approached it most differently, since they had no cold hard evidence to produce. They're working on that now though in Adobe Photoshop. |

With all the shot takers the books take shots right back.
A few years ago I opened an account with both my name and my wife on it. She never played or placed a bet and all emails from them had both names attached. Had deposited with WU and when it came time to withdraw it took a act of congress. They said you could not have 2 names on account yet they went along with it till I tried to cashout. Ended up getting my money but it was a lot of BS. |

I remember a similar thread about Actionbets a year or so ago. They had been scammed, but I think they were ultimately held responsible. They were good people, but lacked understanding of the industry. High bonuses, low juice, slow moving lines deal. Aden from AB used to post here, and send free coffee in the mail.
Anyway, a bunch of bonus scammers turned up here, all acting like different account holders. Then one of them made a -unique!- spelling mistake (of a very common short word). And the next one, replying to the other, made the exact same mistake... Too funny. ![]() Last edited by Dark Horse; 11-04-07 at 11:27 PM.. |
