What do you need Jimmy for? Any clerk there should be able to help you.

well, let me put it this way dan...I took him up on the promotional $9 and have turned it into about $75, meeting my rollover...he was quick to answer all my emails when I first signed up...he specifically said to contact him first before requesting a payout...now I want to have a payout made to me on Thursday morning (after the Texas game), and I haven't heard from him in over 24 hours...this was kind of my "trial" with them, and I'm hoping it is not going to be a struggle getting paid...

    Pags,

I asked you to email me before you requested a payout because technically you were not eligible and I wanted to avoid any snags for you. I was on the road for the last five days but still responded to your emails three times and got three bounce backs. I contacted Terry Murphy in accounting from the road and told him you would be calling. I hope this explains everything to your satisfaction Pags. Nice run you had my friend, Happy New Years and the best of luck to you in '06.

    Jimmy,

Thanks. I figured something like that had happened because when I called Kim had been given the heads up (which I assumed was by you). Thanks for posting here and checking in. As I said before it was a completely positive experience and I thank you.
