Default Pinn is making me nuts

Is there anyone out there who doesn't have to try placing a wager 2 or 3 times at pinn before it will go through. Seems like every time I try to place a wager the first time and sometimes the second time as well, I egt that stupid message, wager panel cancelled. 90% of the time the line hasn't changed. It doesn't matter whether I try placing a $2 wager or a $2000 wager..

I'm afraid to rely on pinn to close to game time, because it just taking me too long to get a simple wager in.

I've been having problems getting wagers in sometimes and getting weird messages like the one you described. I guess it's not just me.

Yes, it's really annoying, especially if you're betting close to kick off time. I switched to IE from Firefox just for Pinny and I do not experience this problem for the time being.

Thanks. I think I'm going to try using ie instead. And before I enter a wager I'll switch to static lines and see what happens. WOuld be nice if in the few occasions where the line does change, if pinn would give you the option of taking the new line

I have never had the problem, but I always use IE for Pinn. Onlooker suggested in a previous thread that anyone who uses Firefox download an addon that allows you to open an IE tab within the Firefox structure. For Firefox users, give that a try.

Yep. seems to be a browser/software issue. Switched to IE, made a bunch of wagers on dynamic lines, and had zero problems.

Yes, for you guys that have problems with FF for certain sites. Go to this link and you will find where to download IE Tab for FF. Its a great extension, that I cant go without now.

Great for SBRlines too. Since it only works on IE for the time being.

I see alot of guys using firefox on here. Are there any advantages/benefits using firefox over IE? BTW, I use IE and have not had any problems with Pinny.

Its alot faster Darkghost. Plus the tabs is what sets it apart from IE. And you can customize it alot.

darkghost...Firefox tabs are a great help in line-shopping...might not seem like much of an effiency but it's a tiny bit quicker every time you go from one window to the next and the cumulative effect feels huge.

I wouldn't say "it's alot faster". Also, I like to see as much screen as possible and cannot seem to get the "File, Edit, View..." section in line with the address bar, as I easily did in IE...

Well Im not sure about your setup, but every site loads faster for me in FF then in IE.

I got the menu and address bar in line. I removed the nav and bookmark toolbars. So I have one line of menu/address/alexia rankngs and then the tabs.

Maybe try Fasterfox. FF loaded faster before this, but this may help you. Im not sure.
