SBR Bill Dozer reports: BetOnUSA (SBR rating D-) slow-paying customer owed $4,700. The player’s first payout request was in the form of a check that had bounced. The player is also waiting for a Neteller payout for over a week. BetonUSA complaints have been on the rise since the start of football season. The book has refused to pay bettors who have won funds from promotional accounts. A player who deposited $1,000 is being stiffed $1,500 in football winnings.

That player was sent another check for the full amount which cleared. They blamed the issue on a problem with their processor. The 2nd player's issue was resolved as well.

Mgr. Craig worked on a few cases briefly but there are still many players that were given the stiff job.
