The need to upgrade thier software. I'ts veryfriustrating, when you ar down to your last few dollars, and you wnat to bet everything on one team, and you can't because the amount you have isn't in thier drop down menu. You can easily get stuck with like $9 in your account that you can't touch, because it is too little to bet on. Even when you call up there is nothing they can do.

Agreed, marc - that's a bummer. I like the way you can select your bet and confirm it without switching screens, but the bet amount selection is dumb.

They apologized to me per email that my Neteller cashout took about 30 minutes, instead of the usual 2 to 5 mins - impressive

Its a great book, i dont like 1 thing thou: they dont warn you that the line changed. You can see the new odds/point spread before you hit submit, but if you dont double check it you get a bet you possibly wouldnt want.

I agree with this point in principle but my experience disagrees with your conclusion.

I phoned them about the situation with their drop-down menu just having certain set dollar amounts but not an "all-in" option. (I suggested they look at the Carib model.)

They told me it was a good idea but it wouldn't be corrected right away, however they would take my "all-in" bets for uneven dollar amounts over the phone. I've subsequently done it quite a few times.
