Default how much hours do these guys work

I've noticed when sending e-mails to sportsbooks with a broad variety of questions about my account, bonuses, or whatever, in some of these books I always get a reply from the same guy or girl, no matter at what ungodly hour I happen to mail them this time.
Do these CS-people really work such idiotic hours at sportsbooks, or is every employee in a book replying with the same standard signature of a non-existing identity?
For example, when I send a mail to Olympic, some bloke named Wally answer sme every single time, and there are more examples like that I can name
(these CS-people also very often seem to have pretty far-fetched names, like at another book I often get answered by a guy named Kurt Cobain).

Not that it really matters to me one way or the other, but it does make me a bit curious into how this sportsbooks operate, so I was wondering if anyone can shed some light.

Funny you mention Wally. The amount of time he puts in is amazing. Look for a writeup on his work coming soon as he is up for the SBR Excellence Award.

Anyone else who has really good experiences with clerks or customer service managers should mention them here. SBR wants to continue to recognize their efforts.

I would imagine like any good business, that the top tier sportsbooks have cs 24/7

There are many different regions/timezones/countries betting at various events at all times of the day. (24/7) So it is in there best intrest to pay someone to cover all phones/emails non stop.

If I have a comment/concern about my cash I exepect a prompt answer about the situation. i do not want to wait 12- 24 hours for an answer

Don't quote me on this but as far as i know they are generic names. By that i mean let's say Susan, Sally and Jimbob all share a particular 24 hour shift. They may respond to enquiries addressed to the name "Wally" or "Herman". The purpose of this is to breed familiarity between the customer and book, instead of having to remember Jimbob, Susan and Sally individually. Therefore you just have to remember the name "Wally" or "Herman" or whatever the name may be. (Apologies to Herman and Wally i am just using these names as examples). This is the way most of these call centres operate. I'm sure you can imagine they may be dealing with hundreds of clients from multiple books. This system just makes things easier for all involved and explains why they always seem to be working

Herman is a great mention. I've met him in Jamaica and he is a smooth bulldog.
