Anyways I'm not looking to scam anybody, i have funds in my paypal account and i really don't want to wait for them to electronically transfer the funds to my bank account, usually takes 4-5 work days.

Paypal is reversible even if the Paypal recipient does not want to reverse it.

E-gold is not reversible.

Your proposal is simply risky for the recipient of the Paypal funds.
