We're back in that Fed twilight zone.
Nothing but bad news today (Merrill Lynch and terrible housing numbers), Dow down 200 pts, but gains it all back in final hours because of 'expected Fed rate cut'. The Joker is back.

Shanghai is down 4 percent at the moment.
I think we are in for some tough times ahead as housing prices "adjust". I don't think the Fed or anyone can do much to change that.
