does sportsbook.com always require a scaned id and paperwork if deposits were put in with CC. is that safe to do. what ? do thay ask?

All the books make you send your info to them before sending your funds out to you. It's just standard procedure these days, so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

It's best to use a digital camera and take a picture of your license and utility bills. Then after uploading them to your computer email the stuff to the requester.
