Justin7 has posted a few days ago that he has received several BetUS slow pay complaints. As far as Heritage goes though, I haven't heard of any recent complaints at all.

Two very different animals there.
BetUS has a history of iffy dealings going back the entire 5 years I have been betting offshore. I have never used them because of the shady cloud that constantly hangs over them
Heritage has been a solid book that whole time. Some would say great. My personal experience has been very good. The only problem is that, last I heard, they are invite only (and I'm not invited).

Thats been that way on and off for quite some time now Mudcat. I mean once in a while they will reopen the signup offering, but it's a very rare occurrence these days.

Only played with Heritage for the past 1 1/2 years, and can only say my experience has been A+. customer service and speed of payouts has been top notch.
no experience with the other book you mentioned

I filled out the online registration form at Heritage sports about two weeks ago. Upon submission I was given a reference number, with instructions to call the customer service number to complete the registration.
I called CS and spoke to Roxy. She asked me how I knew about Heritage Sports, and I explained that I have a website that promotes online sportbooks, and I make it a point to know about a lot of online sportsbooks. She then explained that Heritage Sports is an "Invitation Only" sportsbook. I replied that I had seen nothing about that on their website prior to registering, and asked if being American was a problem at Heritage. She told me it was not. She then explained that my name was not on her list of acceptable joiners, so she would need to consult with a manager - all of whom were in a meeting. I explained that I was in no rush and she could call or e-mail me to let me know if I was acceptable. She then asked me how much I was going to come in for and I stated $500 - $1000. She mentioned that $500 was the minimum, so I assumed I was in the right range.
The next morning I had an e-mail from Roxy stating that "We aren't really accepting Americans at this time". The e-mail went on to further state that they would be opening an affiliate program to market their site to Europeans later this year, and I would be welcome to promote Heritage Sports in Europe.
