There were only 6 players within a full rebound of what he had and Orlando is supposed to see higher FGA this year. Garnett is older and of the league reb leaders in the top 20 he also lead in minutes.

On the other hand Dwight is 12th in reb/48 min meaning Boozer and Chandler with more PT could beat him in 08. I would say it is a 4 man race. If you think the FGA will go up for magic you could argue you have a better than 1-4 shot. Finding +450 or +500 would make me feel better about it when factoring in the field.

The problem with Howard is foul trouble....the guy can never stay on the court for as many minutes per game as Garnett. Also, Garnett may be older but he's still in his prime....He's been a beast this preseason, just an amazing athlete to watch.

Garnett will get less rebounds you have to think due to his team shooting a higher % and age
