    or two fish. name them pinny and oly. maybe it'll be good luck

    I'm pretty sure I'd wind up liking Oly better. Pinny would continuously bite me when I least expected it if he holds true to his name

    Don't ever buy pet turtles. They will outlive you and then who will take care of them?

    Turtles are very good pets. Very low maintenance. Fish are not pets.

    I agree. Plus cleaning a fish tank just plain sucks. It's smells so bad I almost puked once when I was a bit younger. No more fish.....ever.

    saying turtles and fish are pets is like saying swimming and running are sports.

    I have two turtles - they are very dirty and they stink, since I live where it snows and my pond isn't deep enough, I have to bring them in during the winter.

    i think i'll raise a girl instead. at least they don't smell...well, the ones i keep anyways. on the downside, sometimes they do give me headaches.
