Any particular reason because you do not use the E in your rating? It is because "jumping" from the D to the F give the "scam" more visibility?

Us moderators have nothing to do with the SBR rating. so, this question would probly be better answered by Bill or John.

They use the school grade method. In the United States the scale they use does not use the letter E.
