Anyhow I was pretty confident it would be 2 or less and I am content with a push

The bet was a push so I lost nothing,but with minnesota being the only team left on the board with slightly any interest in a QB with 8 picks to go to win $1200 it is just a kick in the balls to have a team with 2 quality QB's trade 3 draft picks to take Tebow in the first round.

Well to be fair, the Vikings may very well have picked Claussen had they not traded their pick to Detroit, so it wasn't out of the question, still a good call though.

Yeah this was truly my only concern.....they were the only team left on the board with any interest in a QB.

This scenario would not have upset me, but denver trading up for 3 draft picks when they already have 2 decent QB prospects was just a kick in the balls. And than I had to sweat out whether minnesota was gonna take Clausen for the final spit in my face while I was down.

I am guessing maybe minnesota was thinking about Tebow which might be why denver traded up for him so I may have ended with the same result regardless but definately would not have had near as much of a sting to it.

The best part is waking up in the morning to see every sports page in america questioning this decision on their front page its like rubbing salt in the wound........lol
