    if sportsbook.com does not pay me. Can i charge back what was put on my CC. new to me. all the advise i can get will help.

    Yes, of they stiff you, you would beperfectly in your rights, both legally and ethically to charge back your card.

    There is a time limit to do a charge back so keep that in mind.
