I did alright. I have about 25-35 football bets per weekend. Hitting the right percentage, but it doesn't jump off the page.

Had a very good Saturday. Bet my BTP picks as well as some of Pags Plays.

Sunday was a small loss in the NFL. The BoSox made it a net positive for the day.

Net positive for the weekend.

I was away at a wedding so didn't bet much (13 hours of driving through northern ontario will do that. I hit on the MLS soccer games saturday night tho.

Had a very good week as I stayed away from the "egg chasing" (NFL) and stuck to NHL.

3-3 in NCAA and 5-0 in NFL. I'm looking at extra units for the week depending on how I finish in the pick 15 contest. Makes up for my bad 3-7 last week.

I did well on Saturday and about broke even on Sunday, so I made out okay this weekend at least I was ahead for the week and I have done well every weekend except for one this year.

2-1, NFL, with a bet tonight (Jags +3).

I screwed up, though, and bet too much on the loser (3 units on the Steelers). Money management tends to be my problem, more than the picking itself. I'm working on it.

Here's the lesson for this week: a very good pick is not necessarily three times as valuable as a good pick.

It started with pushing on

Sunday was a crazy day:

I was pissed the Redskins blew a cover and pushed @ -2 in my teaser. I was already expecting a win there with the other side covering easily.

Then all of a sudden my Titans -1 win is gone (I had the Titans -1 was on it early expected young to likely start and it to go to -2.5 not +2.5. No big deal I though) I was going nuts there at the end of the game when in the first 14 min of the 4th the Texans outscored them 29-3. It worked out though with a game winning FG in the end.

Then I get the nice suck on Jets +7.5.
A Few seconds left and they were down by 15, I marked that as a loss. Then all of a sudden I'm in shock to see they covered. Had to go check a few sites to see if maybe I was reading a typo on the final score.

Only thing I lost on Sunday was Steelers -3.
