The only thing I am allowed to add is that players will be extremely satisfied with this transition.

At this time I would like to thank RPM for his relentless work in getting this situation sorted out. I also take the opportunity to thank Bookthebet for having temporarily hosted RichCoast web site these past couple of days.

Lastly I ask all RCS player to avoid placing wagers tonight, as the database as of 12/30 is the one being transferred under new ownership.
P.S. I'd take your email out of your post if I was you.

Ya' know, Rashi, when you have an issue, the way to NOT bring about a happy resolution is to go around posting half-assed threads like this with words like "robbery" in the title. This helps noone, including those of of us with rather more than the peanuts you have at stake.

When this IS all successfully and satisfactorily concluded - as I'm confident it will be - it will have been totally against the odds. Many, many people - including players with vested interests (go figure) - have contributed absolutely nothing to recovering our balances, and in fact have done a huge amount to potentially jeopardise the process.

I look forward to extending a MASSIVE thank you to everyone who has helped us.

Actually it was richcoastsports with their lies, and so called watchdog sites keeping people in the dark that has made this situation worse.

If they had been up front and told the truth, their customers would not be so upset.

Kudos to SBR for warning players not to send these bums any money. If you can get your money out, great.

    Rashipoo,
I think it will all be fine. They do not owe much and Roberto's reputation and business is at stake. He has been working hard to get everyone paid. He might even pay out of his own pocket if the deal falls through.

I'm sure that scam artists such as yourself make a note of email addresses and send them details of the next theft you're about to execute. Have you got enough mugs for your next "venture" with Omar?

I would be shocked if the total customer deposits are over $50,000. I hear there are three accounts of approximately $10,000 each, that's the only reason my guess is as high as it is.

Is there any money left in the RCS till to contribute to the bailout?

Its not much. Roberto can bail them out and put it on a sheet. At least that will save the lucrative Rookie Project.

ehehehehe...a failure of success I might add. How can you say they failed if you know NOTHING about their finances ?

RCS had 40% of all their obligations towards players in Neteller ALONE. another 10/15% with other merchants and the rest with banks.

Now say what you wish, but these are some of the numbers coming out tomorrow...and mind, its just the tip of the iceberg.

    RPM - just for you

    12.28.2005 (01:18 AM CST)
Players reminded to stay with safe sportsbooks! Players continue to pound the sportsbook industry into one of the worst football season’s in modern times. There has been a notable pickup in complaints and failure during the past two weeks. Stay with sportsbooks with a SBR rating of B+ or higher.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    12.27.2005 (06:09 PM CST)
RichCoastSports.com(SBR rating F) has failed. Supposedly a new ownership group is trying to be formed. It is unclear if players will recover any money or be forced into a lengthy roll over. The victims seem to be limited to referrals from a watchdog touting high risk operations. RichCoast Sports appears to be a victim of under capitalization and poor management.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    12.27.2005 (12:29 PM CST)
SBR Bill Dozer reports: BookTheBet(SBR rating D-) owner, Tony Block, tells SBR he is "bailing out" RichCoastSports(SBR rating D). Mr. Block states that RichCoast is currently migrating to his office in Escazu and players will be informed of new wagering requirements on their balances today via email.

RichCoast is broke. When you stop paying on demand I consider a book broke.

Spin, spin, spin RPM. You two are going to self destruct trying to pawn this off. Mark my words...

I guess if you spin a bit more you guys can claim that you are really SBR and we are tow, therefore the RichCoast failure is really Tow_John's fault!! LOL
