Ongoing negotiations aimed to RichCoastSports takeover have reached completion.

At this time RCS management and incoming owners are signing the documents related to the transfer of assets at this hour. Incoming owners will make the official announcement Saturday, 12/31.

The only thing I am allowed to add is that players will be extremely satisfied with this transition.

At this time I would like to thank RPM for his relentless work in getting this situation sorted out. I also take the opportunity to thank Bookthebet for having temporarily hosted RichCoast web site these past couple of days.

Lastly I ask all RCS player to avoid placing wagers tonight, as the database as of 12/30 is the one being transferred under new ownership.

Ya' know, Rashi, when you have an issue, the way to NOT bring about a happy resolution is to go around posting half-assed threads like this with words like "robbery" in the title. This helps noone, including those of of us with rather more than the peanuts you have at stake.

When this IS all successfully and satisfactorily concluded - as I'm confident it will be - it will have been totally against the odds. Many, many people - including players with vested interests (go figure) - have contributed absolutely nothing to recovering our balances, and in fact have done a huge amount to potentially jeopardise the process.

I look forward to extending a MASSIVE thank you to everyone who has helped us.

Actually it was richcoastsports with their lies, and so called watchdog sites keeping people in the dark that has made this situation worse.

If they had been up front and told the truth, their customers would not be so upset.

I would be shocked if the total customer deposits are over $50,000. I hear there are three accounts of approximately $10,000 each, that's the only reason my guess is as high as it is.

The victims seem to be limited to referrals from a watchdog touting high risk operations. RichCoast Sports appears to be a victim of under capitalization and poor management.
