At the saturday 13.10.2007, at hour 14:09 i bet a combination coupon with 4 events. On the pitch all 4 events are good to me, but Unibet declared wrong results. At saturday site www.uefa.com doesn't work ideal, their relations from matches are incomplete. Unibet says they will take results only from uefa.com . I wrote to uefa.com with all this situation, but they don't answer me. I trayed to talk with Unibet, but they don't want realise complaint. They only wrote something about :

By definition, goals are shots on targets with official statistics (OPTA or equivalent).

The problem is that the data on the UEFA site isn't accurate. It's a common problem, but I can see Unibet's perspective also.

We see this situation come up more in the United States with the NFL.com stats. I think you are doing the right thing in emailing UEFA about it as this sportsbook obviously has to use some definative source and there site is it. If they changed the grading on yours, those who bet the other way could point to the UEFA site. That said if they won't change it, you could take your case to the forums and get players who watch UEFA games behind you and that might force your hand. If all else fails. You could take it to IBS arbitration which Unibet participates. Unibet doesn't deal with SBR as they will discuss account details with anyone but the players. You can start by generating a buzz by posting in our forum. I will also email Unibet on this issue. But don't plan on a SBR email solving your issue. You will have to stay on it.
