Suddenly, the housing worries are back from the backburner. Shorted the market at the end of last week, which turned out to be a good move.

Wanted to come back to India, mentioned here a couple of months ago. The way to trade India is through ETF's (Exchange Traded Funds). INP is India. And the recently started FNI is 'Chindia', combining China and India. The two profitable graphs are INP and FNI. The flat one is DIA, which is the ETF for the Dow 30.

Pretty funny at CNBC. You can tell from the faces who's in the market losing money, on the job, and who's not. Lots of forced smiles and worried sideway glances at the board. Gamblers...

Im going to add to a couple funds today, so I hope the market stays down all day.

LOL, CNBC I remember Mario Bartiroma (spelling) bragging earlier this year how she had bought a 1000 citi @ $50 something, nice move Maria.

Good Morning fokes... I don't know about all of a sudden not to mention there is a good reason for concern... The sub-prime or what's left of it is getting ready for another even bigger wave of defaults... I showed a chart on here a couple months back which outlined it.. The peak is on the door step... After that things should calm down some...

It will probably go down further. Two members of the Plunge Protection Team (Bernanke and Paulson) came out with 'realistic' statements last Monday that basically removed the mental/emotional safety net for at least the time being. I'm covering my short position (cha-ching!) and will buy back into market around the next Fed meeting at the end of the month.

I prefer India INP. Just can't bring myself to support Chinese companies. I consider that country our number one military enemy.

    Not anymore?

Dow past -300 pts. With a little panic we could reach -400 in the last hour.
