2. email wilheim at TheRx.com. He is trying to resolve this as well.
3. Get proof of your balances, wagers and confiscation via screen shots. both Wil and I will need it, and you will need it to preserve other options.

I will email SBR again (my last one went to assistance). My emails to wilheim, he has 2 email addresses, have gone unaswerered. Also, SB wagering history goes back just 30 days, so many of my wagers are not viewable anymore. I did keep the email that declared they confiscated $9014 from me.

You can go back a lot further than 30 days.

When you're checking your Pending / Processed wagers, you have the option to use "From ______ to _________" .... put your cursor over either of the two blank spaces, double-click the left mouse button, and you will see a calendar pop up .... using this calendar, you can go back in time and check your processed wagers from previous months.

You can only view wagers within a 30-day range, but that range could be (for example) June 01 to June 30.

Those of you that have gone back and looked at your processed wagers... are your parlays showing up as No-Action now or are they still graded they way they were before?

The stolen money was deducted manually on Oct 9th.

Wilheim only cares about the 4 skins that advertise at TheRX. In my case, I don't use those particular books so he's pretending he can't help me.

Did you mean Oct 9th (my confiscation email from SB came on 10-10)?

I had my entire balance at 2 skins confiscated. Wilheim said he's never heard of them and that I should contact Bill (which I already had, of course.) I replied back that they are related to sportsbook.com and he hasn't responded to this or my follow-up email.

Well I'm glad he is trying his best with a couple of players.

BUT,
The only solution is to refund all players that had their money hiested. There is no other fair or acceptable action.
