Hey guys - had the weirdest thing happen on MB today. I open up my account and it said I had $0.00 in my account when I knew there was over 2k. I looked up reports and it still had memory of college football wagers I had placed during the week, but still there was $0.00 funds in the account after looking at previously placed wagers. I called customer service, which didn't open for another 30 min this morning. I started to freak out for a few minutes and then about 10 min total after opening up my account, the funds magically re-appeared. Has this ever happened to you guys? Any ideas why or how this could happen? I'm afraid I'd be totally screwed if the funds hadn't spontaneously reappeared and tried to explain there should be multiple thousand in there. Thanks for any help or feedback.

Even weirder, I had 9k disappear from Sportsbook.com and it still hasn't returned. Seriously, I wouldn't worry about this little glitch at MB. Your money was never really gone and is safe as can be there.

Let me also say, MB has been great in every way for me over the last several months. After thinking about it for a while, I'm sure the customer service person would've looked up the wager history, transactions, etc... and taken care of the problem. It had to be some computer glitch.

I had my balance disappear at MB two days ago - when I logged in it showed $0.

I refreshed a couple of times and still 0.

I got sidetracked and came back a couple of minutes later, refreshed again, and it was there.

It happened to me also. Yesterday or the day before. After logging in --- 0 balance. But, it was ok and correct within minutes -- or maybe less than a minute.

That never happened before - it was scary.

thats crazy it also happened to me two days ago i logged on and saw my bal. at 0 ........i then logged off and on 3 times and then it appeared.....im sure its nothing to worry about just a glitch

Damn, that's not cool.

I'm always subconsciously holding my breath a little when logging in, waiting for the balance I expect to show up, always half-expecting a big zero. I'm really glad I'm not one of those who got to experience this recently!

It happens to me relatively frequently. I'd guess that the customer accounts are on a different server than the web server (usual good practice), and occasionally there's a communication breakdown between the two servers.

Strange that it never happened to me or I never noticed.

If your suggestion is indeed the cause, it would be a nice touch if they changed the code to display "N/A", "Loading", or really anything instead of "$0.00".

I've never had this type of problem with Matchbook either, and I've been playing since 2005.

Tech glitches happen from time to time at MB..had the same thing happening once, but i think it was less than 10mins for me.

Another glich i experienced: placed a bet, and the money was deducted from my available balance - but the bet wasn´t there when i checked the reports. The system accepted it, and it poped up after ~15mins - but during that time i wasn´t able to find it anywhere.
