well, there are a few good ways to win.

1. Handicap games. Please note you are going to want a decent sample of games to test yourself on. If you are up after 100 plays keep testing. If you are up after 200 it is about time to start wagering. If that seems hard to you then you are on the path to enlightenment.

2. Do a ton of math on historical lines and results and get good answers for metrics. Figure out how often a 13 point favorite should win by more than 20.5 and bet when the books make a mistake in their extended lines.

3. Follow the smart guys. If Pinnacle and Matchbook are offering -5 +100, then you can take +5 +100 at your book and know that you got a solid line.

4. Chase steam. Be prepared to be treated like shit by most books.

5. Arb. No experience necessary.
