    Default Betonstars Payout

I request $2500 from Betonstars through my Neteller account and got that message ...

Request for $2500 from Bet on Stars account declined.

Bet on Stars will not be able process your request at this time.

    Merchant balance is invalid

    Also their site is down.

It was declined to release the funds. You'll receive your payout tomorrow morning as soon as the accounting manager gets back into the office. It is 7 pm down here and the poor guy need some time off...

It would have different message if that were the case. Your Neteller is dry.

To be fair, I have to agree with raiders, wouldn't the message be "withdrawal pending" or "subject to authorisation" or "within 24 hours". Does a manager need to vet every withdrawal personally.

I genuinely am stating opions as I dont know anything for sure.

Jay- I was seriously considering changing my opinion on BOStars. I found out some good things about you guys. Since you either continue to lie or just have no idea on how a Sportsbook works, I can't recommend BOSports. Get your shit together.

Come on, Jay. Are you a liar, or just really dumb in the ways that offshore sportsbooks and Neteller accounts operate ?

Of course the merchant Neteller account is dry if the request is declined ... if it's not dry, the request registers as "Pending" until the merchant either processes the payment or declines it.

Your merchant account's been dry for the better part of 10 days ... I'm sure you know this ... most everyone else I've talked to does.

    LMFAO!

Submitted and declined in one motion.

You guys must be a bunch of ****ing mind readers.

Accounting manager isnt in, hence the the decline (read: neteller is dry), and the guy from RCS had a heart attack, hence the apparent sale (read: we're broke) all in the same week.

Jay- Here's today's lesson. The next time that someone posts a problem say that you will look into it. Then find out what really happened. If you still can't figure it out then contact the mods. If you still don't know then don't make up the first excuse that comes to the top of your mind.

The merchant account has been intermittingly dry since that check supposedly cleared. Hopefully BoS will make the other methods immediately available.

    Jay,
If players take the trouble to open a SP account can you process payment right away?

Jay, it's never good when your neteller is dry, but it doesn't necessaryly mean your broke either. i just hope you offer a free ** payout if need be.

To be fair to Betonstars, I don't necessarily believe that "Merchant Balance is Invalid" means that their Neteller is dry.

I have tried to request payouts thru the Neteller site with Legendz recently. I always get that message. But when I request it thru their online withdrawal form, I get paid in a few hours. So I don't think their Neteller is dry. Just that they might have a "cap" of what they allow to go out per day....(I'm just speculating here....maybe Jay can provide more info on this).

However, when I request funds from Las Palmas and their Neteller is dry, I get the old "Merchant balance is invalid" message too. So it's tough to say what it really means.

It's actually quite funny that the account manager who must authorize the payout isn't in, but they still have a guy checking their NETeller account 24/7 and declining every payout request... LOL!

There are some books, WEB is a great example, that have more than 1 merchant account. Don't know why they do, but they do. So sometimes you do see that you request money form a place like a legendz and you get declined, but when you ask them for cash, they sendit to you form thier other merchant account.

But Jay, your account should be fully loaded. Understand, it's not uncommon for players before sending money to a new book, to first try requesting money form thier neteller account to see if the book has money or not. So if you have money, put it in the neteller account taht everyone knows about. Because "invali merchant balance" frightens people away.

    betonstars... more like BetonBullshit!

Jay is saying that no one is there to make there 24/7 withdraws but someone is there clickin his ass off denying each payout?? They must have shifts with a relief clicker pattin the guys head for sweat.

I feel for that guy. thats a crappy job to have. i wonder what the job desription was.... Professional mouse clicker wanted! Must be able to click the WE ARE BROKE buttong in 1.2 seconds. Job pays top dollar but employee must be willing to take payment by alternat methods when we buy advertising.

This is a tough place to get away with a tap dance. Jay, you would play better here if you shot a little straighter.
