Default Pinnacle Suggests Clients Having Problems Contact Their ISP

I got this explanation when I wrote them. Sounds like they want the customer to tug on the sleeves of their ISP's. Has anyone done this?

    Dear Pinnacle Sports Client,

Please be advised that due to the maintenance work and IP updates on our site yesterday some of our clients are experiencing problems when
trying to access www.pinnaclesports.com. Usually the update on your computer should only take approximately 15 minutes, unfortunately some
Internet Service Providers may have delays in updating this information, and in some cases this might take few days.

Our IT department suggests you turn off and then restart your computer, in most cases this is enough to resolve the problem..

If you are still having problems you should ask your Internet Service Provider to check if their DNS servers can resolve our IPs properly.
You should receive a confirmation that the IP of www.pinnaclesports.com is in the range 216.152.164.0/24.

    It's true.
DNS servers have to update the new IP, if Pinny did update and change their round robin DNS. ww1 ww2 ww3 all the way to www9.pinnaclesports.com.

So maybe your ISP DNS server still cache pinny's old IP info.
