If you're asking whether it's treated as a loss for grading purposes, then the answer is most definitely not.

However, if you're asking how it's treated as for IF-bet continuation purposes, then the answer is that it depends upon whether or not you placed the reverse as ACTION (aka "IF-WIN-OR-PUSH"), in which case the IF-bets would be continued, or as "IF-WIN-ONLY", in which case the IF-bets would not be continued. If you didn't specify which type of reverse bet you were placing, then you'll want to refer the book's specific rules for how it treats reverse bets.

    Default reverse question

If you push on one, and lose on the other side on a reverse, does it count as a double loss?

I had a reverse Sunday on 2nd half Saints+7 and over 23, 500 to win 2000. It was graded as a aloss of -1100. So it should have been -550?

Actually yes to push/loss = double loss (assuming it was Action Reverse)

Half of bet loses on first leg of IF bet.

Other half of bet, first leg of IF pushes, since it is Action, Action goes to second leg, loss
