If you're asking whether it's treated as a loss for grading purposes, then the answer is most definitely not.
However, if you're asking how it's treated as for IF-bet continuation purposes, then the answer is that it depends upon whether or not you placed the reverse as ACTION (aka "IF-WIN-OR-PUSH"), in which case the IF-bets would be continued, or as "IF-WIN-ONLY", in which case the IF-bets would not be continued. If you didn't specify which type of reverse bet you were placing, then you'll want to refer the book's specific rules for how it treats reverse bets.
